Script leak suggests Geordie Shore is fake
A new Twitter post has sent the internet into a frenzy, as a photo of a Geordie Shore script suggests the show is completely staged.
A Geordie Shore fan has posted what seems to be physical evidence that the MTV reality show is scripted, after finding the production notes left behind by the show creators when going out for lunch.
Underneath a photo of the leaked document allegedly from the series, the fan wrote: “Next time your producers go for lunch @mtvgeordieshore make sure they don’t leave behind their belongings #scriptedAF.”
The call sheet contains directions for a scene to be filmed featuring Nathan Henry, Marnie Simpson, Abbie Holborn, Zahida Allen and Sarah Goodhart while they get manicures and pedicures.
It is uncertain whether the production note is a real or a fake, but the ways in which it details the conversation topics has angered fans, who are led to believe the reality show captures genuine conversations.

The script reads: “Get some funny chat from Nathan and Marnie informing the newbies that if they are proper Geordies then they need to be properly preened. It’s the Geordie way!”
Additionally, it seems to reference Chloe Ferry’s exit from the show before it was publicly revealed to have happened, asking: “Going to miss Chloe? When will she come back?”
The document also states: “Chloe didn’t get annoyed about Sarah kissing Marty at work but was livid with Zahida – why do they think that is?”
Hmm…explain yourself MTV!
Geordie Shore continues Tuesday at 10pm on MTV.
