Jason Momoa to lead The Crow reboot?
Former Game of Thrones star and current Aquaman hero Jason Momoa is set to add another major title to his already impressive filmography, as he is reportedly in talks to lead the reboot of 1994 cult classic The Crow.
Presumably taking on the role of Eric Draven – the role initially brought to life by the late Brandon Lee – Momoa first aroused suspicion of his casting when he posted this photo with the new film’s director Corin Hardy earlier this week.
Momoa was on a long list of names rumoured to star in the reboot, which studio Relativity Media has been trying to develop since 2012, with Bradley Cooper, Tom Hiddleston, Luke Evans, and Norman Reedus also in the running to take on the role.
If the rumours are true, we think Momoa will make the perfect Draven – a rock musician who is revived from the dead to avenge his own death as well as the murder of his fiancée – and we look forward to his reinvention of the role.
